Below are the steps in our purchase process:

1) Read and fill out our Terms of Service agreement.

2) When finished, fax the TOS agreement to 1.229.649.3356 or scan and email to sales@marcusuav.com. We also accept snail mail sent to:

3) Customers outside of the United States or Canada will have to receive an export permit for all autopilots. Please contact us and we will help walk you through this process.

4) We accept credit cards, certified / cashiers checks, money orders and bank to bank transfers for payment. Mail certified / cashiers checks and money orders to the address listed above. If you'd like to initiate bank transfer simply contact us and we will provide an invoice. If you would like to order using a credit card please fill out our Credit Card Authorization form and mail or fax it to us. There is a 3% surcharge for Visa, Master Card and Discover Cards. 5% surcharge for American Express.

5) Once the Terms and Conditions agreement and Payment have been received the work of constructing and testing your Marcus Zephyr UAV will begin. Your order will be shipped by the most economical means available at Seller’s discretion but UPS Ground shipping is the preferred method. Shipping and handling costs are free within the Continental United States. Hawaii, Alaska and Canada Buyers will have to call or email us for a shipping quote.
